Governor Parnell Visits State Trooper Academy
June 6, 2012, Sitka, Alaska - Governor Parnell stopped by to visit with and congratulate trooper and police recruits as they complete training at the Alaska State Trooper Academy in Sitka. He thanked them for their willingness to step forward to serve our communities. These recruits have been through fifteen weeks of intensive law enforcement training and the overall grade point average for this Alaska Law Enforcement Training class is 93.07%, the highest in recent years. Congratulations and good work!
