The Business Partnership's mission is to develop and support workforce development programs designed to meet Alaskan employer's needs.

End Result A: Increase un-subsidized employment through job training.

	96% of participants who received training and employment assistance in FY09 were satisfied with the services received.
	The rate at which trained workforce participants, who complete training and enter employment remained above the target of 95% during FY 2009.
