Under the authority of Article III, Sections 1 and 24, of the Alaska Constitution, I hereby adopt by reference 2 AAC 07.805, as presently in effect and as it may be subsequently amended, as setting the normal workweek for all full-t'ime employees of the Executive Branch who are in the exempt service under AS 39.25.110.

This Order modifies and supercedes those portions of Administrative Order 101 that are inconsistent with this Order.

This Order is retroactive to October 16, 1987.
