Under the authority of art. III, secs. 1, 23 and 24, of the Alaska Constitution, I, Jay S. Hammond, Governor of the State of Alaska, order the following in the interest of the effective administration of State government:

1. The Criminal Justice Planning Agency, established under AS 44.39.758, as the staff for the Governor's Commission on the Administration of Justice, and which is now located within the Office of the Governor, is transferred to the Department of Law.

2. All accounts, records, and other data now held by that agency are transferred with it. All contracts executed by the Office of the Governor as Prime Sponsor remain in effect until their respective, previously established termination dates.

3. This order takes effect July 1, 1980.
