Pursuant to authority granted by Section 23, Article III, of the Alaska Constitution and by A.S. 44.17.060, the preparation of the Revenue Source Book now assigned to the Division of Budget and Management, Department of Administration, is transferred to the Administrative Services Division, Department of Revenue, along with any State appropriations.

The Department of Revenue shall publish annually the Revenue Source Book showing estimated
revenues projected over a five year period by mayor type of revenue, along with an analysis of the anticipated revenue.

I find the assignment of these functions to the State Department of Revenue necessary for the efficient administration of State Government.

This Order takes effect March 1, 1975.
