Pursuant to authority vested in me by Article III, Sections 1 and 23 of the Constitution of the State of Alaska, I hereby transfer the authority, duties, and personnel relating to the activities of the Manpower Planning Agency with all Federal and State appropriations to the Alaska Department of Labor.

I find the assignment of these functions to the Department of Labor necessary for the efficient administration of State Government.

This order takes effect on July 1, 1974.
