Under the authority of AS 44.17.060, I order that:

All functions and responsibilities relating to the Cooperative Area Manpower Planning System (CAMPS) now being administered by the Department of Labor are transferred to the Office of the Governor, Division of Planning and Research, and said agency will be authorized representative of the state of Alaska in all matters relating to the CAMPS Program.

This Administrative Order takes effect on July 1, 1971.
