Under the authority of AS 44.17.060, I order that:

(1) The Local Affairs Agency administers the technical assistance program authorized by Section 209 (b) of Title II-A, Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 35. seq.

(2) All functions and responsibilities relating to the subject matter set forth in paragraph numbered one above now being administered by the Alaska Planning and Research Division of the Office of the Governor are transferred to the Local Affairs Agency and said agency shall be the authorized representative of the State of Alaska to the Office of Economic Opportunity.

This Administrative Order takes effect on January 18, 1971.
